All pricing on the Boys Don't Wear Bows website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Boys Don't Wear Bows reserves the right to change without notice.
Ordering
Boys Don't Wear Bows products can be ordered via our secure shopping cart system where all you personal details are kept private and confidential. If this for what ever reason does not suit your needs, you can order using fax or phone. See contact details for further information.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items will be listed on the website, however in the event that an item is unavailable after purchase online, we will contact you immediately to notify you of this. You will have the option to choose an alternative product or the item will be placed on backorder and dispatched to you as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our Bows are checked for faults prior to dispatch, however, should an item appear damaged or faulty upon receipt of the goods, the customer is to notify Boys Don't Wear Bows within 4 days and we will arrange a replacement item if deemed faulty or damaged. Please keep in mind that these are handmade items and some variations in the way the bow is tied and sits may occur. All efforts are made to make the bows as alike as possible.
